LYNN – With Lynn English High School football ineligible to practice due to state pandemic regulations, Bulldogs coach Chris Carroll took advantage of technology to work on skills with his student-athletes and to keep the lines of communication open. His respect for the tradition of playing against cross-town rival Lynn Classical and their coach adds to the disappointment of missing out on this year’s Thanksgiving game; but, he is holding out that there will be a “Fall 2” season and his team will be ready
