Boston – Reverend Vernon K. Walker, Policy Director of the Young Democrats of Massachusetts, is urging voters in the Commonwealth to vote “yes” on Question 2 in order to institute “ranked choice voting. A “yes” vote supports enacting ranked-choice voting (RCV) for primary and general elections for state executive officials, state legislators, federal congressional and senate seats, and certain county offices beginning in 2022.
In the podcast below, Reverend Walker explains why RCV is important in promoting equality; and he also talks about other Massachusetts-related issues voters face on Tuesday.
