SALEM – Salem Mayor Kim Driscoll told MSO News today that the Salem School Committee is now targeting in-class learning for Kindergarten through Grade Two students for November 16. In the podcast below, Mayor Driscoll also updates Salem’s continuing response to the state of emergency and implores would-be Halloween revelers to avoid the Witch City during these last two weekends of October as all Haunted Happenings activities in the city have been canceled for safety reasons.
