GLOUCESTER – A three-car accident on the A. Piatt Andrew Bridge on Route 128 southbound resulted in 4 injuries and shut down traffic for about an hour and a half this afternoon. Gloucester Deputy Fire Chief Steve Aiello reports that one person was MedFlighted to Boston with serious non-life-threatening injures and that non of the other injuries were considered life-threatening following the accident at just after 1 p.m.
