ESSEX TOWN MEETING SATURDAY

Protocol and Information Concerning Town Meeting, this Saturday

Town Meeting is this Saturday, June 13th at 10:00 am outside at Essex Elementary School Grounds
Town Meeting was postponed this year due to COVID-19 and is now scheduled for this Saturday, June
13th at 10:00 am outside at the Essex Elementary School Grounds. Please plan to park only in the
parking spots at the front of the school, the adjacent lot at the front of the school, and along
surrounding streets. Check-In will take place outside at the gate entrance to the blacktop area
behind the gym at the rear of the school.

Please plan to bring your own face covering and water bottle. Disposable masks and water will also
be available on site. Seating will be on the field with chairs spaced six feet apart to safely
social distance. The school will be open for access to bathrooms.
We hope to see you there for our annual town meeting!
