Podcast: Son, Father Combination Producing Face Shields for Manchesterbythesea First Responders

MANCHESTERBYTHESEA – Manchester-Essex High School junior Max Warnock aspires to be an engineer…like his dad.  Putting his pre-college engineering skills to use, Max has been busy constructing safety face shields for first-responders and has been donating personal protective equipment to the Machesterbythesea Fire and Police Departments.

According to Max’s dad, Ken Warnock, who is a mechanical engineer and is also a  Manchester-Essex school committee member, Max is among a growing number of citizens who is taking positive action in helping mitigate the current national emergency.  In the interview below, both father and son explain the process of producing the safety shields, and both father and son are quick to give credit to others.
