BOSTON (Video) Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker addressed the media Saturday afternoon on the state’s response to COVID-19. Baker discussed a possible ramping up to build hospital capacity as he outlined conversations between the Administration and Army Corps of Engineers around alternative medical sites and building health care capacity and the continued growth in testing capacity. With testing becoming more available Baker expects additional positive test results to increase. The Governor again stated that there is no plan to order a “shelter in place”.
