State Police Report: At approximately 5 a.m. Troopers, firefighters and ambulance crews responded to a three-car crash on Route 128 north in Danvers. Four vehicle occupants suffered minor injuries. The crash was caused by a wrong-way driver. All northbound lanes remain closed while cleanup continues. The investigation is ongoing.

North Shore Community College’s student-run café, The Beacon, will open for business on Thursday, January 23rd and serve on Tuesdays and Thursdays until Tuesday, April 28th. The café will be closed on February 13, 18 & 20 to accommodate student enrichment. We will also be closed March 10th and 12th for NSCC Spring Break.

The café will be serving from a standard a la carte menu including choices of soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. The Beacon Café is located at 30 Log Bridge Rd in Middleton right off Route 114 West.
