SALEM – The City of Salem, Massachusetts Broadband Institute (MBI), and Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) wants to hear about your experiences with internet service in Salem!
Made possible through a grant from the Massachusetts Broadband Institute, the City is partnering with MAPC to create a Digital Equity Plan that aims to overcome historical, institutional, and structural barriers that make it hard for individuals and families to access and use the internet. The plan will include insights from analyzing data on broadband service access, device availability, and digital literacy from quantitative data sources as well as from community input.
Go to https://mapc.az1.qualtrics. com/jfe/form/SV_ 74JdOPyYaAaUrGu to access the survey. This survey is anonymous and should be done by one person in your household. Your feedback will help us understand what makes it hard for people to use the internet in Salem and how internet access and use in Salem could be improved.
