Welcome to the 2026 Lynnfield High School SPRING sports registration!
PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE BEGINNING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
In order for your student to be cleared to play, you must:
- Payment: $600 One Time User Fee per year is due prior to the start of preseason. Instructions provided in the payment section of the registration. Please find the link HERE. If you have already participated in a sport, please select the multiple sport option.
- Complete Family ID Form which includes important information reviewed by the Athletic Department, Athletic Trainer and Nurse’s office prior to each season as well as mandatory policies and agreements.
- Provide a Current Physical: Upload a current copy of a physical to the Family ID sports registration form. NO PICTURES PLEASE. If you only have a paper copy, please scan and upload into FamilyID. Physicals expire 13 months after the date of health exam. No student athlete will be permitted to play or tryout with an expired physical.
- ImPact Testing: Please read all instructions before beginning. The ImPact test must be completed by all student athletes, every 2 years. It is imperative that STUDENTS ONLY complete the test themselves so that accurate data is on file incase of a concussion. ImPACT testing cannot be completed on a smartphone. It can only be completed on a computer or laptop. To complete baseline testing, click on the link below and enter the customer code:
