Town of Danvers
Danvers Electric, in coordination with Verizon, will be conducting essential utility work at the corner of Lummus Avenue and Maple Street on the following dates and times:
- Tuesday, December 16 | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday, December 17 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What to expect:
- Vehicle access to and from Lummus Avenue will be limited during work hours
- Police details will be on site to assist with traffic and ensure safety
- Emergency vehicle access will be maintained via a private access way in coordination with the Danvers Police and Fire Departments
Parking Reminder: If you need access to your vehicle during the day, please move it off Lummus Avenue:
- By 7:30 AM on December 16
- By 8:30 AM on December 17
Access to the road will be restored after 3:00 PM each day.
Power Outage Notice: Customers at 2 Lummus Avenue and 83, 85, and 89 Maple Street will experience a brief power outage on Wednesday, December 17, expected to last less than one hour. Every effort will be made to minimize the duration and impact.
