DANVERS – The general contractor for the Town, N. Granese & Sons, will be onsite from Monday December 8th to Friday December 12th , to install new drainage piping and structures in preparation for future curbing and sidewalks improvements. The work will occur in various areas on Maple Street between Hobart Street and Park Street, which include the following address locations:
- 55/63 Maple Street
- 56-60 Maple Street
- 21A- 37 Maple Street
- 1 Maple Street
- 1 Conant Street
*** Parking Spots in front of these locations and some spaces in the public parking lot between Central Avenue and Cottage Avenue will be coned off during the week as the Contractor stores materials and progresses with the work.***
Work shall be completed in five(5) days, weather permitting.
The contractor will work closely with the Engineering Division to complete this project in a timely manner. Due to the nature of this type of work, you may experience some temporary inconveniences such as a temporary inability to use portions of the sidewalk or parking spaces, traffic delays, noise, and possible detours while the contractor completes this project. The construction working times will be MONDAY through FRIDAY 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
