In high school football from last night…Winthrop 40, Saugus 6. It was the first win of the year for the Vikings. Quarterback Charlie Ferrara led the Winthrop offense.

Tonight in high school football:

Gloucester (4-0) plays at Salem.
Danvers (4-0) plays under the lights in Beverly.
Peabody is at Masconomet
Revere visits Lynn English (7:30)
Hamilton-Wenham plays at Pentucket
Lynnfield at Amesbury (3-0)
Manchester-Essex at Newburyport
North (3-0) at Triton

The 2025 season for the Red Sox ended last night with a game three loss 4-0 to the New York Yankees in their wild card series. The Patriots play in Buffalo Sunday night.

The DPW’s Recycle Beach has officially closed and clean up is complete! 🌊 Now back to business as usual. Hopefully, we will never have to set up a recycling drop-off again! ♻️ Together, we were able to keep this service running during the labor strike. Thank you for your support!
