Special TRAFFIC Notice for the Bunker Hill Battle Weekend

To help prevent unneccasary traffic and gridlock;

-Vehicles please avoid Hough Avenue on Saturday and Sunday unless you are parking.

-If you plan on traveling to Gloucester via Route 128N for the 250th Anniversary Battle of Bunker Hill Reenactment please pay attention to the electronic sign boards that will state which parking lots are full.

-If a lot is posted “full” please utilize another satellite parking lot.

-Please do not drive to Stage Fort Park once the lot is full expecting to get a parking spot.

-The Electronic Sign boards will be at Essex Ave at the Off Ramp @ Rt 128N and one on Essex Avenue near the

treatment plant.

-We will also post here which lots are either full or available.

-Magnolia Field Parking lot has a delayed opening and will open at noon on Saturday.

Dog park is CLOSED Saturday and Sunday during the event hours.

Hamilton Police Dept

On Fri 6/20, starting at 7AM, Bridge St from Woodbury St to Sagamore St will be closed for paving operations. Detours will be in place. Area residents should plan ahead as NO vehicular traffic will be allowed so sticky tack coat or asphalt won’t become attached to resident‘s.
