Schedule of Events
The events taking place on Saturday are the same on Sunday, with slight variations in timing. Historical figures sharing their stories will differ each day.
Volunteer Signup
Volunteers are still needed – be a part of this historic event! You will be contacted after signing up to confirm day and time availability, and receive information regarding your role.
Parking Information
Parking will be available throughout the city. Stage Fort Park parking will be available for residents with beach stickers or for $35 cash for the day. No app reservations will be available. Parking will also be available at Gloucester Cinema, Gloucester High School, Magnolia soccer fields, O’Maley Middle School, West Parish School, and Kondelin Road. A free shuttle service will be provided to Stage Fort Park to each of these parking locations.

Parking

Parking will be available at Stage Fort Park ($35 cash/day) and throughout the city of Gloucester to accommodate all the spectators for the event, as well as shuttle service to get you to and from your car.

Shuttle Service

Free shuttle service will be available throughout the day to ferry you to and from the commuter rail station or your car.

SATURDAY

10:00am – 6:00pm Shuttle service will commence at 10am once parking at Stage Fort fills up. 

SUNDAY

10:00am – 4:00pm Shuttle service will commence at 10am once parking at Stage Fort fills up.

Public Transportation / Commuter Rail

The Newburyport/Rockport line offers easy access to the West Gloucester Commuter Rail Station, which will have shuttle bus service to Stage Fort Park. Be sure to board a Rockport-bound train (not the one going to Newburyport) as the tracks split in Beverly.

Additionally, the downtown Gloucester train station is only 1.3 miles from Stage Fort Park (please note, there is no shuttle service from this station).

Driving

​From I-95, take the Yankee Division Highway straight into the heart of Gloucester. There will be numerous places to park throughout the city, and free shuttle service to get you to and from the event.
