The Town of Danvers Business Division is pleased to announce the launch of a new, user friendly portal for water/sewer and electric billing. This new portal, is designed to make online billing more convenient for utility customers, providing more efficient and accessible digital services.
This new portal offers a variety of features including enhanced access to e-billing, online payments, auto payments, service alerts, and view billing information. Customers will be able to analyze/download data related to customer usage, which lends the ability to manage consumption and make informed decisions. With improved self-service options, customers can now manage their accounts with greater convenience, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
Residents with an existing online account will have to create a new account with the new portal. Additionally, those who were enrolled in auto pay must re-enroll within the new portal, as payment details will not migrate automatically. Comprehensive setup instructions will be available on the portal to guide users through the transition.
