Register online here or if you are unable to use the online registration, please call the Vaccination Hotline at 978-356-6670 or the Council on Aging at 978-356-6650 and staff will assist you.
You must register before 11 PM on Thursday, February 4th, be 75 years of age or older, be a resident of Ipswich and arrive with photo ID and insurance cards to receive a vaccine on this clinic date.
** Wear short-sleeved shirt, bring photo ID, Medicare card and insurance cards to your scheduled appointment time.
** If you already have an appointment to be vaccinated, please keep that appointment and allow other eligible residents to register for this local event.
